Model HY493 is a new generation machine that applies intellectualized control technology,
and has high-level electromechanical integration. Driven separately
by seven motors, process changeable gears are not required, and a simple
mechanical structure provides convenient adjustment and maintenance.

The special tension control model ensures stable roving tension, effectively restrains
yarn faults at machine start and stop, and guarantees the stability
of roving quality. Applying patented power cut-off technology prevents yarn
breakage or faults happening when unexpected disconnection occurs.

Adopting a color LCD pro-face as the man-machine interface, all technical data
can be set in real-time. Very simple and convenient to operate, this machine's display
shows operational status and fault warnings.
