FK6 HY-2 high speed draw-texturing machines are suitable for combined-ply
yarn and non-twist yarns, as well as single yarn S twist or Z twist.

Features:
1) Side A and B of the machine adopt independent driving systems and heating methods, and can process the same or different types of yarn and improve the application value of the machine
2) Mechanical speed: 1200m/min (max.)
3) Product range:
a) Polyester: 55 – 660Dtex
b) Polyamide: 22 - 220Dtex
4) All rollers are directly driven, and have the features of low noise
levels, high speeds and high quality; without gearboxes or belts
5) Type VII and VIII friction units, individual motor friction units and
double-yarn-path friction units are optional
6) Machines with double yarn paths should be equipped with a double-yarn-
path friction unit, double-yarn-path heater and double-yarn-path cooling
plate
7) The configuration of double-yarn-path friction unit discs may be
Φ45 x 6mm or Φ48.6 x 9mm, with the maximum configuration reaching 1-9-1
8) The pneumatic threading device is optional, and can lower the labor force
9) The online tension system is optional, and can improve yarn quality
'V' machines with optimum yarn path can process microfilament yarn more
reasonably.
