HY128 Ring Spinning Frame is a new type Spinning Frame developed on the basis of optimum design theory, into which advanced technologies are integrated, including PLC control technology and invert speed-regulation technology. The machine is suitable for carded or combed cotton sliver or blending, and is the best choice of making outstanding quality yarn.

Main characteristics:

The headstock driving in the fully-enclosed oil-bath gear box and the high-precision steel gears allow high speed production and low noise level. Furthermore, the process gears can be replaced easily.

High stability frame and optimum design of machine section parameters allow high spinning speed, effective control of the spinning tension and twist transfer, and a reduced end breakage rate.

The drafting system is flexible and of wide spinnability. Two kinds of weighting arms are optional, the spring system and the pneumatic system, made in china or in other countries.

With high-level electromechanical integration, advanced programmable controller and the invert speed-regulation technology, the spinning curve can be set easily according to the spinning requirement.
