HY491A,HY492A Roving Frames are the new type Roving Frames without cones, which have been  developed on the basis of the abundant experience of manufacturing FA series Roving Frames of our company, applying advanced computer control technology and inverter speed-regulation technology. With the features of high-level electromechanical integration, simple operation, high production efficiency and convenient maintenance, the machines are suitable for carded and combed cotton sliver or blending, and are the best choice for making outstanding quality yarns.

HY491A is driven separately by three motors: a main motor to drive flyer and roller operations, another for bobbin winding, and a third for lifting and lowering the bobbin rail. Two kinds of change gears for drafting and twisting are available. Production parameters can be input conveniently by LCD touch-screen function panel. It is simple to input, monitor and to operate, and is also convenient to control and adjust roving tension.

HY492A is driven separately by four motors: two of them are used to drive flyer and roller operations separately, another one for bobbin winding, and the fourth for lifting and lowering the bobbin rail. On the basis of HY491A, the twist changea gears are removed and the twist  value can be input directly on the operation screen. Production parameters can be input conveniently by a color touch-screen which is used as man-machine interface. It is very convenient to control and adjust roving tension. The production data of various specifications can be saved in the computer, so it is not necessary to experiment and adjust when changing the product. It is very simple and convenient to operate for its real-time display of running state and faults warning.
