Application:

HY31 Drawing Frame is suitable for cotton, chemical fiber and blends in 20~80mm length. The quality of the sliver, such as evenness, straightness and parallelization can be improved after being drafted and doubled on the machine. HY31 is equipped with short-term autoleveller, which protects the long term weight from deviation and the short term weight from periodic fluctuation. This allows good drawn sliver quality, reduced weight unevenness, improved yarn evenness CV, etc.

Main characteristics:

1. High delivery speed, up to 1000m/min.

2. Autoleveller with open loop controls sliver unevenness of short and mid segments. The machine has the function of display timely A%, CV%, and wave.

3. The machine is controlled by PLC. Input and display (including failure report) is via the screen.

4. Weighting arms are designed pressure relieving automatically, which protect the belt roller from distortion and damage for continuous pressure on it when the machine stand long time.

5. The machine is driven by gear belt and flat belt, allowing stable running coupled with low noise. It is convenient to change the belt wheel.

6. Automatic can changer uses the rotary type. It is reliable.

7. High efficient suction fan and pneumatic stripping unit improve the working condition.

8. The interval between the draft rollers can be adjusted conveniently.

9. The design of asymmetric feeding reflects good accessibility.

10. Concentration lubricated system is introduced, allowing convenient maintenance.
