The HY-4 High Speed Draw-texturing Machine, developed by Hongyuan, reflects the technological development trend of draw texturing machines. It is a new type of automatic machine featuring automatic doffing. The machine with high-level automatization and electromechanical integration meets the demands of many companies. The maximum mechanical speed is 1200m/min.
       A and B side are independently controlled, which allows two different processes to run on one machine.

       Motor driven friction units are inverter controlled, allowing high speeds coupled with low vibration and low noise.
       W2x is a shaft below W2 used for optimizing the interlacing tension for optimum tangle results.
       The optional primary high temperature heater  HTI design for improved production speed, reduced power and a reduced machine height. This allows convenient operation and maintenance.
       Two types of secondary heaters are optional, the vapor phase diphenyl heaters and the high temperature heaters. For the latter, the forced cooling type cooling plates are used and 1.5m in length. For the former, the cooling plates extend to 1.75m to cool down the yarn effectively.
       Each spindle is equipped with automatic doffing device, which is controlled pneumatically. In the process of threading and doffing, the yarn is controlled automatically by the pneumatic yarn-suction device. The automatic doffing is performed as soon as the package weight reaches the valu e which is preset via the computer by the users. The full package stays in the bobbin deposit, which has a capacity of two full packages.
