Use: Process combed and carded sliver, man-made staple synthetic 
fiber and blending. The drawn sliver can be processed into different 
counts and twists roving for spinning. 
Main characteristics: 
1.High speed: The maximum mechanical speed reaches 1600r/min. 
2.The centralization of mechanical and electronical has reached the 
high level. Model HY491 machine is separately driven by three motors respectively, and Model HY492 machine is separately driven by four 
motors respectively. A single color LCD screen is adopted as the main 
interface for man-machine interaction. 
3.High quality: High-accurate follow control system solves the difficult 
problem of tension control at the start and the stop of the machine.
